How It Works:

1) Clubmonkey.co.uk takes care of all the admin and back end stuff, including collecting credit card processing, fraud checking, and refunds where necessary.

2) On a weekly basis you will be informed of the number of tickets sold, which you must remove from your ticketing allocation.

3) Customers will receive confirmation of their ticket purchases and reference number for verification via email, which they must bring with them on the night to gain entry

4) On the final day of sale, you will be faxed or email a list of all ticket sales, customers names and the last four digits of their credit card for cross verification. On satisfactory verification the customer is admitted to the event.

5) Within 14 Days all funds from ticket sales less transaction fees, will be transferred to your Bank account via BACS or Company Cheque.
